Hi, my name is Morgan and I am passionate about sustainability and using it as a means to better serve the needs of organizations, especially within the development community. I have a BA in International Relations and a Master of Sustainability Leadership.
After working both in the international development community and in the microfinance sector, I noticed a gap in the sustainability aspect. Both industries have made strides in areas such as gender equality but still fall behind when it comes to sustainability literacy and embedding environmental sustainability initiatives into policies and practices.
